This article analyzes the concept of freedom from the word of Theodor W. Adorno, Negative dialectics, especially in it's first model, characterized by the shock with kantian philosophy. Problematizing the freedom thought as an autonomy of conciliated wills, it seeks to reveal that Adorno’s position is in the sense that freedom is entangled with non-freedom. In this way, seeks to extract elements for the resignification of this fundamental right from the critical mobilization operated by Adorno, at the same time that call into question positions adopted by the traditional theory.
