MORALITY, INDIVIDUALITY, CAPITALISM AND THE SUPRESSION OF MORAL:
MORAL PERSON AS A MASK OF CAPITALIST SOCIETY IN PACHUKANIS

We will analyze how Pachukanis treats morality as a specific capitalist form; later, we will explain how to bring Kant to a central plan makes him disregard important aspects to the bourgeois ethics, of Hegel, for example. With this, and in the face of a procedure that takes individuality essentially as masks of social relations, the Pachukanian solution for the suppression of morality appears in a problematic way, with the fusion of the “self” in the collective.
