Abstract
The purpose of this article is to try to contribute to the discussion on institutional gender policy in the Law Undergraduation environment and in the respective education institution. For this, a portrait of institutional practices in relation to the theme of a public institution of education located in the South of Brazil is rehearsed, based on organizational culture and intersectionality. Therefore, this writing is characterized as field research, with an exploratory character and a qualitative approach, based on a case study supported by a bibliographic review guided by post-structuralism. In the organization of the study, information from the field research institution is displayed; then, studies are presented on the nominations associated with organizational culture. Finally, from the domains of power shown by the analytical tool of intersectionality, an attempt is made to outline a path to organize a proposal for a diagnosis of gender policy for education institutions.
