Abstract

In this paper, we discuss the relationship between the intensification and precariousness of teaching work in Brazilian graduate programs and some socio-psychological implications within a commodified context. The study begins from a socio-historical perspective, understanding that neoliberalism is a rationality that interferes with the subjectivity of individuals, impacting their physical and mental health. Based on this, we believe it is necessary to break with this logic, both educationally and socially, questioning the naturalization of values rooted within Brazilian graduate programs.
