A OFENSIVA FASCISTIZANTE DO SEGMENTO EVANGÉLICO NO BRASIL

UMA ANÁLISE A PARTIR DO MINISTÉRIO DA EDUCAÇÃO (2019-2022)

Abstract

The article analyzes the performance of representatives of the so-called new pedagogy of evangelical hegemony in the Bolsonaro government (2019-2022), specifically in the occupation of the Ministry of Education (MEC). In this sense, emphasis was given to the approximations and tensions of the evangelical segment in relation to other political groups that were part of the government – ​​such as the military and the olavist wing – as well as in relation to non-government groups. Based on Antonio Gramsci's Marxist theoretical framework and the concept of the expanded (integral) state as a theoretical-methodological tool, the research concluded that the Ministers of Education acted in favor of implementing the policy of militarization of schools and defending the legalization and regulation of the policy of Home Education, and that these were interfaces of the new pedagogy of evangelical hegemony and the Bolsonarist project of fascistization.
