The article discusses the text production by school education and its relationship with the subjectivities control and government. The articulation between legal and pedagogical fields favors the governance, and is responsible for installing the courts models at various areas. The analysis indicates how the legal logic is helped by the subjectivities built along education, as well as the pedagogical processes are invested by legal thought, through judgment, punishment and discipline. It is discussed how in the unfolding on written production, pedagogical practices guided by meritocracy and classification impose on students a writing model that serves reproduction and recognitive logic, inhibiting free texts creation. On the other hand, working with textual production from aesthetic elements such as poetry, music, cinema, aims to awaken attention for the sensitive, encouraging freedom of writing and subjectivation of experiences lived in training. According to students report of a Pedagogy course, these are promising strategies.
