Abstract

A construção da Linha 15-Prata operada pela Companhia do Metrô de São Paulo e construída pelo Consórcio Expresso Monotrilho Leste, subordinada ao planejamento urbano da Secretaria de Estado de Transportes Metropolitanos e do Governo do Estado de São Paulo, apresenta importantes aspectos da articulação entre capital e Estado. Tal articulação desnuda a contradição na produção do espaço aqui expressa pela construção da linha de transporte cuja natureza condiz com a rápida obsolescência de seu valor de uso, correspondente à subordinação à produção de valor de troca enquanto elemento central do modo de produção capitalista.

CONSIDERATIONS ON THE EARLY OBSOLESCENCE OF URBANIZATION PRODUCTS: ANALYSIS AND REFLECTION ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF LINE 15-SILVER OF THE SÃO PAULO METRO


Abstract: The construction of Line 15-Silver operated by the Metropolitan Company of São Paulo and built by the East Monorail Express Consortium subordinated to the urban planning of the Metropolitan Transport State Secretariat and the State Government of São Paulo, presents important information on the articulation between Capital and State. Such articulation uncover the contradiction on production of space here expressed by the construction of a transport line whose nature matches with the rapid obsolescence of its own use-value, which correspond to the subordination to the production of exchange-value as a central element of the capitalist mode of production.

CONSIDERACIONES ACERCA DE LA OBSOLESCENCIA PRECOZ DE LOS PRODUCTOS DE LA URBANIZACIÓN: ANÁLISIS Y REFLEXIÓN DE CONSTRUCCIÓN DE LA LÍNEA 15-PRATA DEL METRO DE SÃO PAULO

Resumen: La construcción de la Línea 15-Prata hecho por la Companhia do Metro de São Paulo y construida por el Consorcio East Monorail Express, subordinado a la planificación urbana de la Secretaria de Estado de Transportes Metropolitanos e del Gobierno do Estado de São Paulo, presenta aspectos importantes de la articulación entre capital e Estado. Tal articulación expone la contradicción en la producción del espacio aquí presente en la construcción de la línea de transporte cuya naturaleza coincide con la rápida obsolescencia de su valor de uso, correspondiente a la subordinación a producción del valor de cambio mientras elemento importante del modo de producción capitalista.

  • Felipe Saluti Cardoso, Doutorando do curso de Geografia Humana do Departamento de Geografia da Faculdade de Filosofia, Letras e Ciências Humanas (FFLCH) da Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
    Bacharel e Licenciado em Geografia na Faculdade de Filosofia, Ciências e Letras (FAFIL) do Centro Universitáiro Fundação Santo André (CUFSA) e mestre em Geografia Humana pela Universidade de São Paulo (USP), atualmente é professor do curso de Geografia no Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André (CUFSA) e doutorando no curso de Pós-Graduação em Geografia Humana na Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
