Abstract

This article analyses the identity of exilic subjects in Moçambique's contemporary literature. It focuses the exilic experience of those people who stayed inside the country, facing the hard years of civil war, and the hard times of nation's reconstruction, in the last years.

Simone Pereira Schmidt, UFSC

Doutora em Letras, professora da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, publicou Gênero e história no romance português. Novos sujeitos na cena contemporânea (2000) e co-organizou Poéticas e políticas feministas (2004). Tem vários artigos em obras coletivas, na Revista Estudos Feministas e em outras revistas. É bolsista de Produtividade em Pesquisa do CNPq.
