The punctuation as expressive marker of the poetic dysrhythmia in "Lavoura Arcaica" by Raduan Nassar
Keywords:
punctuation, disarray, figurativeness, ideographic signsAbstract
This article develops analysis about the plurisignification of the ideographic signs on the work Lavoura arcaica, starting out from the proposition of some hypotheses that justify why punctuation can - in relation to words - be the figurativeness of the discomposedness that the book thematizes. Starting from the principle that the unstable character encircling the use of punctuation favors the work with the semiotic mode of signification, - that one belonging to the impulses - the reflection presents some studies of cases by means of which it is possible to observe that the ideographic signs end up conducting the rhythm, melody, fault, silence and the language contraction, while the phonographic signs are conducted by the symbolic. Therefore, from the tension between word and punctuation, the analysis goes on to approach the relationship between instinct/reasoning, affection/law, analogical/digital, personal/social, lawsuit/trial.
