Author Biographies

Luis Maffei, Universidade Federal Fluminense

Professor de Literatura Portuguesa da Universidade Federal Fluminense. Possui graduação em Letras pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (1999), mestrado (2003) e doutorado (2007) em Literatura Portuguesa pela mesma instituição - neste último, apresentou a tese DO MUNDO DE HERBERTO HELDER. É também poeta, tendo publicado, em 2006, A, em 2008, TELEFUNKEN, em 2010, 38 CÍRCULOS , em 2011, PULSATILLA e em 2013, SIGNOS DE CAMÕES. Em 2012, estreou como contista com o livro CONTOS DA COLINA 11 ÍDOLOS DO VASCO E SUA IMENSA TORCIDA BEM FELIZ, escrito em parceria com Nei Lopes e Mauricio Murad. Coorganizou, com Mayara R. Guimarães, o livro de contos EXTRATEXTOS 1 - CLARICE LISPECTOR, PERSONAGENS REESCRITOS, no qual também participa como contista. Como ensaísta, tem textos publicados em diversas revistas, como METAMORFOSES, IPOTESI e VIA ATLÂNTICA, e as portuguesas COLÓQUIO/LETRAS, RELÂMPAGO, TELHADOS DE VIDRO e CADERNOS DE LITERATURA COMPARADA. Coordena, para a editora Oficina Raquel, a série PORTUGAL, 0, dedicada à novíssima poesia portuguesa. Escreveu, com Pedro Eiras, A VIDA REPERCUTIDA - UMA LEITURA DA POESIA DE GASTÃO CRUZ (Lisboa, Esfera do Caos, 2012). Organizou, em parceria com Ida Alves, o livro POETAS QUE INTERESSAM MAIS - LEITURAS DA POESIA PORTUGUESA PÓS-PESSOA (Azougue); com Lilian Jacoto, SOLDADO AOS LAÇOS DAS CONSTELAÇÕES - HERBERTO HELDER (Lumme); e com Jorge Fernandes da Silveira, POESIA 61 HOJE (Oficina Raquel). Pelo conjunto da obra, recebeu o prêmio Icatu de Artes - Literatura, 2013. É Sócio Benfeitor do Real Gabinete Português de Leitura do Rio de Janeiro.

Pedro Eiras, Universidade do Porto

Escritor português. É professor de Literatura Portuguesa na Faculdade de Letras da Universidade do Porto, investigador do Instituto de Literatura Comparada Margarida Losa e membro da rede internacional de pesquisa LyraCompoetics.
