This article sought to understand the influence of adopting home office work on the work-family conflict relationship of married women who worked in this way after the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic. In-depth interviews were carried out with fifteen professionals from different economic segments. In addition to portraying the circumstances experienced by these women in the context of the pandemic, the results indicated that most of the interviewees continue to assume the greatest burden of domestic and care work and that the adoption of remote work brought variable impacts to the work-family conflict of these women, depending on their family and professional situations.
