Résumé

A pesquisa investiga os efeitos da ambidestria organizacional e das práticas de ESG sobre o desempenho organizacional de micro e pequenas empresas (MPEs) no estado de Roraima. Com base em uma abordagem quantitativa, foram analisadas 50 empresas dos setores de comércio e serviços. Os dados foram tratados por meio de regressão linear múltipla (RLM). Os resultados empíricos revelaram ausência de significância estatística entre as variáveis independentes (Ambidestria e ESG) no efeito do desempenho organizacional, sugerindo que, em contextos de baixa institucionalização e recursos limitados, estratégias de inovação e práticas ESG ainda não são capazes de geram ganhos de desempenho percebido
