Abstract

This research investigates the effects of organizational ambidexterity and ESG practices on the organizational performance of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in the state of Roraima. Using a quantitative approach, 50 companies from the trade and services sectors were analyzed. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression (MLR). The empirical results revealed a lack of statistical significance between the independent variables (ambidexterity and ESG) in the impact on organizational performance, suggesting that, in contexts of low institutionalization and limited resources, innovation strategies and ESG practices are not yet capable of generating perceived performance gains.
