Author Biography

Elida Tessler

Elida Tessler é artista plástica e professora do Departamento de Artes Visuais e do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Artes Visuais da UFRGS. Realizou doutorado em História da Arte Contemporânea na Université de Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne (França). Foi fundadora em 1993 e coordenou até 2009, junto com Jailton Moreira, o Torreão, espaço de produção e pesquisa em arte contemporânea, em Porto Alegre. É pesquisadora do CNPq.
