Abstract

O texto busca refletir sobre as implicações das práticas de arte contemporânea na esfera pública, nas quais pontua o interesse em processos colaborativos em articulação, aproximação e comprometimento com as comunidades. Para tanto, as reflexões se apóiam na experiência do projeto dESAPEGO, realizado pelo artista fluminense Helio Branco na cidade de Niterói, articulando-o como motivação central e ponto de convergência das reflexões.

Luiz Sérgio de Oliveira é artista, Doutor em História e Teoria da Arte pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Mestre em Arte pela Universidade de Nova York, Estados Unidos, Professor Associado do Departamento de Arte e Coordenador do Programa de PósGraduação em Ciência da Arte da UFF.
