Angolan poetry, João Maimona, visual artsAbstract
The poetry of João Maimona presents itself as a differential in Angola’s recent poetic universe. There are many reasons that make us think that way, but in this text, we intend to analyze the relationships established by the poet with the visual arts, notably in his book . Thus, we observe how the poet brings to his literacy techniques and references to other arts, in this case in particular, painting.
