Frutas do Brasil is a baroque piece of work, written by Father Antônio do Rosário, with a moral and religious combined parable; the author praises Brazilian fruits quality which is an allegory of spiritual fruits. It concerns an allegoric discourse for the Catholic’s faith sake and diffusion in the New World.
