The Infraction of Rape of a Vulnerable Person: Possible Psychological Interventions in Socioeducation

The article analyzes the infraction analogous to the rape of a vulnerable person committed by adolescents and the possibilities for psychological intervention within the scope of Socioeducation. This is a theoretical study, grounded in post-structuralist and feminist perspectives, aiming to denaturalize and depathologize the act, fostering discussions focused on reintegration and the prevention of recidivism. The focus is on the Assisted Freedom and Community Service programs. The study concludes that psychosocial interventions must problematize gender dispositifs and patriarchal norms, going beyond individual-centered approaches to promote reintegration and reduce recidivism.
