A CONCEPÇÃO REVOLUCIONÁRIA DA POLÍTICA EM GRAMSCI: uma análise do Caderno 13

Resumo

Apresentamos, neste artigo, alguns aspectos tratados no curso Maquiavel, Estado e vontade coletiva: um estudo do Caderno 13 de Antonio Gramsci oferecido no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Universidade Federal Fluminense, no segundo semestre de 2016. Além de desvendar a estrutura do Caderno 13 e abordar os diversos temas que configuram a sua composição, o artigo focaliza, particularmente, os fundamentos da nova concepção de política e de Estado delineados por Gramsci e os elementos que concorrem para formar a vontade coletiva das classes subalternas em sociedades complexas como a nossa. A interpretação e as reflexões que se acompanham à análise técnica e teórica desse caderno passam inevitavelmente pelas questões cruciais que emergem da crise sócio-política instalada no Brasil e no nosso mundo globalizado. Hoje, como nunca, a construção de subjetividades políticas livres e socializadas se tornou tarefa árdua a ser continuamente recriada no labor dos educadores que lidam com a formação de uma consciência crítica, com as lutas populares e a organização democrática da sociedade.

THE REVOLUTIONARY CONCEPTION OF POLITICS IN GRAMSCI: an analysis of Notebook 13

Abstract

In this paper, we present some aspects approached in the class Machiavelli, State and collective will: a study of Notebook 13 by Antonio Gramsci offered in the Postgraduate Studies Program in Education of the Fluminense Federal University, in the second half of 2016. In addition to unveiling the structure of Notebook 13 and discuss the various themes that configure its composition, the paper focuses on the foundations of the new conception of politics and state outlined by Gramsci and the elements that contribute to establish the “collective will” of the subaltern classes in complex societies. The interpretation and reflections that accompany the technical and theoretical analysis of this notebook inevitably pass through the crucial questions that emerge from the socio-political crisis in Brazil and in our “globalized” world. Today, as never before, the construction of free and socialized political subjectivities has become an arduous task to be continually recreated in the work of educators who deal with the formation of a critical conscience, with popular struggles and the democratic organization of society.
