Trabalho docente: análise das contradições e perspectivas para a formação

Este artigo de revisão bibliográfica apresenta como objetivo compreender o trabalho docente na atualidade, suas perspectivas políticas e o impacto destas para o processo de formação e profissionalização docente no Brasil. Para análise do objeto investigado iniciamos pela discussão sobre o trabalho docente como parte do sistema capitalista; seguimos pelo estudo das perspectivas de trabalho docente produzidas pelos organismos multilaterais; e concluímos apontando que hoje, numa perspectiva contra hegemônica, faz-se necessário fortalecer uma concepção crítica de formação, a partir da práxis, da valorização da universidade pública e da pesquisa.

This article presents a literature review aimed at understanding the teaching work at the present time, his political prospects and their impact to the process of training and professionalization in Brazil. For analysis of the investigated object started the discussion about tle teaching work as part of the capitalist system; followed by the study of teaching work prospects produced by multilateral organizations; and conclued by pointing out that today, against hegemonic perspective, it is necessary to strengthen a critical design training from the practice, the appreciation of the public university and research.
