A brincadeira, o jogo e o trabalho como elementos do saber próprio e da profissionalidade do professor da educação infantil

Neste artigo, objetiva-se identificar as questões e elementos por meio dos quais se efetiva a profissionalidade do professor da educação infantil. Debruça-se na consideração da brincadeira e do trabalho como elementos do saber próprio e da profissionalidade desse professor. O referencial teórico respalda-se especialmente em autores oriundos do Materialismo Histórico e Dialético. Conclui-se que a brincadeira como elemento do saber próprio e da profissionalidade desse professor se manifesta e é contemplado na mobilização de elementos teóricos e práticos envoltos em sua prática educativa.

In this article, the objective is to identify the issues and components through wich the primary school teacher's professionalism can be most effective. It focuses in the teacher's professionalism and play and work as components of self-knowledge. The theoretical framework draws particularly on authors whose background in Historical and Dialectical Materialism. It reaches the conclusion that the play as components of self-knowledge and the professionalism teacher's self-knowledge is enshrined in and demonstrated through the application of theoretical and practical components in their educational practice.
