Abstract

With technological advances, information technology professionals are highly valued and can choose where they want to work. For this reason, it is necessary to think about ways to attract and retain these professionals.

The main objective of this work was to identify whether hybrid or 100% remote work models can be factors in retaining and attracting information technology professionals. To achieve this objective, field research was carried out with a qualitative approach, in which 10 (ten) professionals in the field who currently work in these work models were interviewed. From the results obtained in the interviews, it was possible to confirm that flexible work models are retention and attraction factors, but that in order of priority, salary and organizational climate are more relevant.
