(Un)manageability of inquisitorial procedures: a comparative approach of Justice administration and organization in Brazil

The article compares by contrast the descriptions of practices of administration of justice in Brazil with the work in French judicial hearings at first instance. I suggest two distinctions for understanding judicial practices in relation to the process with the valorization of access by the records and records of access; and the organization of judicial hearings into office and collective hearings. Finally, I argue that the Brazilian justice system is organized to serve the purposes of the process.
