Resumo: A partir dos escritos de Arthur Danto sobre a arte contemporânea, o artigo propõe uma analogia entre o Direito Internacional dos Direitos Humanos e a Pop Art, de modo a lançar outras luzes sobre alguns dos limites e desafios que devem ser enfrentados pelo movimento de direitos humanos.
Abstract: Based on Arthur Danto’s writings on contemporary art, this paper suggests an analogy between Human Rights Law and Pop Art, so as to evince some of the problems and challenges that must be tackled by the Human Rights Movement.
Resumen: Basado en los escritos de Arthur Danto sobre arte contemporáneo, el artículo propone una analogía entre el derecho internacional de los derechos humanos y el arte pop para arrojar otras luces sobre algunos de los límites y desafíos que debe enfrentar el movimiento de derechos humanos.
