DIREITO CONSTITUCIONAL E MARXISMO

Resumo: No presente artigo, o autor busca compreender as relações entre direito constitucional e marxismo e, enquanto categorias pertendentes à planos distintos, propõe que sejam consideradas, em primeiro lugar, as relações do direito constitucional como sistema institucional e o marxismo como ideologia política, e, em segundo lugar, o direito constitucional como disciplina, no saber jurídico, e o marxismo como filosofia e pensamento criativo-acadêmico.

CONSTITUTIONAL LAW AND MARXISM

Abstract: In the present article, the author pursuits to understand the relations between constitutional law and Marxism and, as categories belonging to different layers, proposes that should be considered, in the first place, the relations between the constitutional law as an institutional system and the Marxism as a political ideology and, secondly, the constitutional law as a subject of legal expertise and the Marxism as a philosophy and as a creative and academic way of thinking.
