This study subscribes within the scope in the Linguistic Ideas History, articulated in the Discourse Analyzes of the line materialist, with the objective to understand the constitution of subjects and of the languages, by means of the memory of the traces of the language manifested in situations of Teaching-learning. We took a look at the policies of language, to the extent that we consider the national matter as a matter of state and we thought in its articulation with teaching. We note that the encounter with other(s) languages(s) leaves on the subject marks of subjectivity and, in the languages, the marks of the memory that constitute it.
