This article investigated the associations and predictive relationships between the repertoire of social skills and the entrepreneurial potential of college students from different academic areas of a higher education institution. Quantitative correlational methodology and comparison design with static group were used to analyze groups of subjects at the beginning and end of the course. It was concluded that the expression of positive feelings and self-control/coping were significant predictors of entrepreneurial potential. It was found that humanities students have less intention to undertake than exact and biological students.
Keywords: Social skills; entrepreneurial potential; College students.
