PARTICIPAÇÃO POPULAR DE CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES: UMA ANÁLISE DO CMPDCA DE CAMPOS DOS GOYTACAZES, RJ
Abstract
This article is based on the Course Completion Work presented in 2019 and intends to discuss the participation of children and adolescents in the Municipal Council for the Promotion of Children and Adolescents rights in Campos dos Goytacazes-RJ. This being considered an instrument of the inspection and formulation of public policy of care for children and adolescents in the municipality, we seek to analyze if the has inserted in its debates the subjects of law of this policy in order to contribute to the realization of their rights. For this, a documentary research was carried out in the minutes of meetings of the respective Council, as well as a bibliographic research in legislation related to the theme and authors who discuss the subject. This work is based on the assumption that popular participation in this space favors the understanding of public policy making decision-making processes fairer and broader, according to the interest of the social actors present.
