Abstract

This paper presents a reflection on the inclusion of the Michel Foucault's works in the linguistic studies. Therefore, it is focused the development of the notion of language and structure - so important in such areas of study - in some works of the author, aiming to highlight the convergences and displacements which the author makes arise.

    Formado em Letras (Licenciatura em Português e Literaturas de Língua Portuguesa) e mestre em Estudos Linguísticos pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia - UFU. Durante a pesquisa de Mestrado, foi bolsista CAPES e participante do LEDIF – Laboratório de Estudos Discursivos Foucaultianos –, grupo de estudos direcionado à leitura de obras de Michel Foucault e à discussão sobre relações do autor com a Análise do Discurso.
