O jurídico na relação de trabalho

O presente artigo apresenta uma análise jurídica da relação de dominação sobre os trabalhadores por meio de mecanismos de dívidas e retenções de créditos, que possibilita aos empregadores fazerem justiça com as próprias mãos. Procura-se demonstrar que o empregador não precisa utilizar o poder judiciário para efetivar seus direitos, diferentemente do trabalhador. Dessa forma, o texto procura demonstrar a função da justiça do trabalho no contexto da exploração do trabalho.Downloads
