This article deals with the different meanings of Human Rights since its historicalformulation in the course of the bourgeoisie revolutionary movements in the XVII and XVIII
centuries passing through the incorporation of the rights of black people and women in the following centuries. In the th eoretical sphere it shows the trajectory of this expression since its formulation by the classical liberal philosophers such as Thomas Hobbes, John Locke and John Stuart Mill, and the progressive expansion of its meanings concerning the changes in values and in the social relations. Marx’s conception of democracy as an eternal search for democracy is an inspiration to demonstrate the necessity of continuous recreation of the concepts of Human Rights.
