Abstract

O artigo oferece uma revisão bibliográfica sobre as propostas de pesquisa e análise do crime e controle da criminalidade, originadas da Criminologia Cultural. Para esse objetivo, os conceitos de crime e cultura são relacionados e debatidos, de modo a fornecer algumas referências epistemológicas, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento da Sociologia do Crime no Brasil.
