Abstract

The question – “Redistribute through law?” – immediately and readily suggests another one: what law? For it is clear that the law we know and practice in today’s society does not redistribute by itself and from itself. Therefore, it should be another, differently from the one we know and practice in today’s society, the law referred to in the theme here proposed to discussion. This is exactly what this article aims to discuss.
