"Redistribute through law?": if we assume that the law is, among others, a device for (re)distribution, this title, formulated in the interrogative form, suggests analyzing the legal mechanisms that take part into this redistributive logic. That is, how can the law redistribute? As unapparent it may seems, answering this question requires to redirect our focus over redistribution. In this perspective, our focus turns to a kind of norm whose importance is growing: the incitatives norms. We will approach these norms in a very particular branch of law: the right to social protection.
