This article aims to analyze preliminary results of MST criminalization process in Organized Crime Act (Law 12.850/2013), due to a lawsuit in Brazilian State of Goiás. Therefore, the data was analyzed following evidential paradigm, according to Ginzburg (1989). The legislative elaboration of normative and the MST criminalization lawsuit were the collected data.
