We intend to present some contributions from economic sociology for the understanding of the rationality operated in certain markets, and with this favor the study of the creation of norms that are truly effective in transforming the economic environment. In this sense, it will be necessary to understand the state of things - their causes and their effects - in a given reality so that they can be transformed, thus showing an eminently interdisciplinary study, as it seeks not only to understand the aspects of a discipline with the internal concepts and definitions but to take advantage of the intersections that may exist between them. In this way, it is essential to go beyond the presumably rational agent of traditional economic analyzes, to move towards an investigation that points out other paths capable of revealing the preferences of these subjects. There is thus a proposal so that the Law does not become a mere formality, without any effect on the economy and society.
