This article intends to realize appointments on the destructive agenda underway during the pandemic crisis in Brazil. This is a research carried out using data made available by the Observatório de Direitos Humanos na América Latina, from the Programa de Estudos de América Latina e Caribe. We seek to show that, in this period, we began to experience a framework of deepening social and labor counter-reforms, added to the government's denial of Covid-19. Such measures are part of a composite that we identify as being, of a genocidal policy, whose objective is to exonerate the capital from the costs of the crisis. The price to be paid, is the very life of the subordinate strata by capital. In light of this, we recognize that the pandemic crisis only highlighted what we already knew: capital is unaware of any civilizational limits, which leads us to the numerous violations in the field of human rights in this latitude.
