THE SOCIAL INCLUSION OF TEACHING-LEARNING BY DIGITAL EDUCATION TECHNOLOGIES AND TEACHING MODALITIES IN TIMES OF COVID-19.

In times of instability in the political, economic, social and educational outlook, aggravated by the Covid-19 pandemic, fighting for the right to education and health for all constitutes a selfless form of resistance. In this sense, this work reflects, in a reflexive way, the social inclusion of Teaching-Learning by Digital Technologies of Education and the Teaching Modalities in the days of covid-19. It aims to carry out some reflections on the contributions of some scholars in the field of education and health. The approach is qualitative. In methodological terms, the study adopted the descriptive empirical method combined with the comprehensive method. It is believed that this essay can contribute to an analysis and serious discussion regarding the development of programs and new strategies for understanding education and health policies in the context of terribly endemic diseases.
