Abstract

Based on the contributions of Marxist thought, the aim is to raise discussions and reflections on the social contradictions related to racial discrimination in the world of work in Brazil. To this end, some statistical information is used to reflect on racism from a dialectical perspective, considering the unity-diversity dimension.. It was inferred that the core of alienating contradictions is the capitalist mode of production and that the cloistered identity struggles themselves are insufficient for the transformation of reality.
