Through this research, an analysis of the civil registry collection was developed and a semi-structured questionnaire was applied on the access of Paraguayan migrants, who are mothers of Brazilians, to social rights in the municipality of Assis Chantheaubriand- PR, seeking to understand whether there is a local public policy that makes it possible to offer public services linked to the social rights of these women who occupy little-known spaces. To this end, the phenomenon of migration of Paraguayan women to Brazil was discussed, under a gender theme with the war in Paraguay and the social rights of Brazil were contextualized. Thus, the premise is that there is still great difficulty on the part of the public authorities in systematizing their access to social rights in full, since the actions promoted are punctual in nature. Furthermore, there is another difficulty in communication linked to the language and even the culture of these women, which ends up creating barriers to their care, given the difficulty in understanding between the interlocutors. To prepare the study, bibliographical research was carried out.
