Cecília Bojarski Pires, Universidade do Minho

Doutoranda em Ciências Jurídicas Públicas pela Universidade do Minho (UMinho – Portugal). Possui bolsa da Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT-PT), referência 2023. 01072.BD. Investigadora do Centro de Investigação em Justiça e Governação da Universidade do Minho (JusGov). Integrante do Grupo de Extensão e Pesquisa Crítica do Direito no Capitalismo (CriDiCa-UFF). Mestre em Direito Constitucional pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Direito da Universidade Federal Fluminense (PPGDC-UFF).
