NATIONS WITH/OUT BORDERS: NEOLIBERALISM AND THE PROBLEM OF BELONGING IN AFRICA, AND BEYOND
Abstract: The article approaches anthropological perspective in dialogue with the area of Law, once it aims to verify the porousness of borders in South Africa – and other countries – regarding immigration. With this purpose, studies the absence of fixed geo-graphical borders as the main characteristic of Neure's polity and the Schmittian philosophy. The construction of the theme also pervades the analysis of the historical process that contributes to the idea of heterodox nationhood.
