It is divided into four sections: the first analyzes how juridical critique criticizes bourgeois legal science and what perspective it raises for juridical knowledge. In the second, the complexity that exists in analyzing the link between legal and social relations. In the third, the way in which the relationship between law, power and hegemony is a factor for legal knowledge. Finally, in the fourth, concepts such as reconfiguration of capital, unequal and combined rule of law, and law in dependent conditions can be lines for the continuation and deepening of legal criticism.
