GENDER IN THE LAW TEACHING IN BRAZIL:
PROCESS OF PSYCHOSOCIAL INTEGRATION OR PRODUCTION PROCESS OF DOCILE BODIES?
Abstract
From the gender’s idea as a result of performativity, this research questions the design of law teaching in Brazil, as a significant social network with the compromise to facilitate the sense of belonging and inclusion of students. Thus, by Michel Foucault's notion of discipline and models of pedagogies, it intends to achieve the objective through bibliographical research and samples of personal experiences and scholars.
