Abstract

L'articolo affronta la prospettiva antropologica in dialogo con l'area del diritto, una volta che mira a verificare la porosità dei confini in Sud Africa - e in altri paesi - riguardo all'immigrazione. A tal fine, studia l'assenza di confini geografici fissi come caratteristica principale del sistema politico di Neure e della filosofia schmittiana. La costruzione del tema pervade anche l'analisi del processo storico che contribuisce all'idea di nazionalità eterodossa.

Jean Comaroff, Universidade de Harvard

Professora de Estudos Africanos e Afro-Americanos e de Antropologia na Universidade de Harvard, bem como na Universidade de Chicago e na Universidade da Cidade do Cabo. Sua pesquisa tem como enfoque os processos de transformação social e cultural, a criação da sociedade colonial, a natureza da pós-colônia e o mundo moderno visto do sul global. 

John L. Comaroff, Universidade de Harvard

Professor de Estudos Africanos e Afro-Americanos e de Antropologia na Universidade de Harvard, bem como na Universidade de Chicago e na Universidade da Cidade do Cabo. Pesquisador da American Bar Foundation. Sua linha de pesquisa é colonialismo, pós-colonialidade e antropologia histórica.
