L'articolo affronta la prospettiva antropologica in dialogo con l'area del diritto, una volta che mira a verificare la porosità dei confini in Sud Africa - e in altri paesi - riguardo all'immigrazione. A tal fine, studia l'assenza di confini geografici fissi come caratteristica principale del sistema politico di Neure e della filosofia schmittiana. La costruzione del tema pervade anche l'analisi del processo storico che contribuisce all'idea di nazionalità eterodossa.
