Résumé

L'article aborde la perspective anthropologique en dialogue avec le domaine du droit, une fois qu'il vise à vérifier la porosité des frontières en Afrique du Sud - et dans d'autres pays - en matière d'immigration. Dans ce but, étudie l'absence de frontières géo-graphiques fixes comme principale caractéristique de la politique de Neure et de la philosophie schmittienne. La construction du thème imprègne également l'analyse du processus historique qui contribue à l'idée d'une nation hétérodoxe.
