Abstract

This article presents the results of a research that has as object of investigation the identification process that involves the connection between the subject and the language(s), its manners of constitution and its appearance mechanisms in the discourse. Above all, situations on the practice of learning-teaching of the mother tongue are observed. We located and described different methods and specific mechanisms through which the connection between the subject and the material form of the language formed in history function discursively, currently, in a constitutional level, and are marked on the language’s materiality. The goal is to precise the functioning of these identifications to contribute with the work about language in the practice of language teaching.

Author Biography

Maria Onice Payer, Universidade do Vale do Sapucaí (UNIVÁS)

Mestrado e doutorado em Linguística pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (Unicamp). Atuou como Pesquisadora no Laboratório de Estudos Urbanos do Núcleo de Desenvolvimento da Criatividade (Labeurb/Nudecri/Unicamp). É professor titular na Universidade do Vale do Sapucaí (UNIVÁS) em Pouso Alegre (MG), onde trabalha no Programa de Pós-graduação em Ciências da Linguagem (CAPES/ MEC) e nos cursos de Pós-graduação Lato Sensu e de Graduação em Letras. Exerceu nesta Universidade a coordenação de Pesquisa da área de Ciências Humanas, e participa de funções administrativas em conselhos diversos. É parecerista da CAPES e FAPESP, Editora da UNB e membro de Conselhos Editoriais de periódicos da Área, em IES públicas e privadas. Coordenou o GT de Análise de Discurso da ANPOLL, no qual atualmente é coordenadora da linha de pesquisa Subjetivação e Processos de Identificação. É membro regular de Associações de Pesquisa. Publicou os livros Memória da Língua. Imigração e Nacionalidade (Ed. Escuta) e Educação Popular e Linguagem (2a. ed., Ed. Unicamp), além de muitos capítulos de livros, artigos em periódicos especializados e anais de congressos da área. Orienta pesquisas em nível de pós-graduação e graduação. Lidera no CNPq o Grupo de Pesquisa Discurso, Memória e Processos de Subjetivação, trabalhando com a relação Sujeito/Língua(s) e pesquisando sobre a memória discursiva sobretudo em contextos de imigração, a identificação com as línguas, leitura e escrita, mídia e subjetivação na sociedade contemporânea. Atualmente também faz formação em Psicanálise.
