Fundamentos teóricos para a compreensão da formação e aprendizagem de leigas no campo

O objetivo do trabalho foi analisar o processo de formação profissional de professoras leigas, que atuam na escola primária rural, nos municípios de Janaúba e Jequitaí, na região do norte de Minas Gerais. Procuramos identificar os fundamentos teóricos necessários a uma maior compreensão da formação docente, que se realiza como um processo de aprendizagem, baseado na relação mestre-aprendiz.
