EDUCATION AND HISTORICAL SUBJECT IN THE PHILOSOPHY OF PRAXIS
Abstract
The relations between education and historical subject are essential to the marxist tradition. Therefore, this work aims to investigate how these relations can be thought from the perspective of the philosophy of praxis, which was developed by Antonio Gramsci on his Quaderni del Carcere. In this way, we aim to demonstrate that the educational principle in Gramsci, widely connected to the hegemony constitution, objectives to contribute in the development of a cosmopolitan subject capable of exercising a directive function inside an international form of democracy.
