This article proposes a syntactic-discursive analysis of hypotatical clauses, based on journalistic opinion articles. In this sense, we consider not only the microtextual level, based on the clauses and connectors that introduce them, but also the macrotextual level, which represents the social imaginary on controversial themes, as well as the positions chosen by the enunciator in relation to this questioning about the world. --- DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.22409/cadletrasuff.2017n55a511Downloads
